At Blind to Love, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

  • Processing Time:                                          All orders are processed within 2-4 business days.
    Please allow additional time during holidays or product launches.
  • Shipping Time:                                        After processing, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days for U.S. orders.
  • Shipping Costs:                                Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
  • Tracking Your Order:                              Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Returns & Exchanges

  • All Sales Are Final:                                             Due to the limited nature of our products, all sales are final.  We do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges at this time. 
  • Exceptions:                                               If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at blindtolovee@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of your issue.

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen or delayed packages once they leave our hands.
